Gated communities and HOAs in Estero

Getting through the gate and getting a new door approved are part of the job. We handle both, so you're not the one chasing paperwork.

Getting through the gate

Tell us your community when you call. We text you the technician's name and the van, so you can add us to the guest list or call the gatehouse. We arrive in the window we gave you, and if we're running late, we text first.

The packet for your architectural committee

  • The door's spec sheet from the manufacturer
  • A color sample, or a photo of the color on a real door
  • A photo of your house with the new door
  • The Florida Product Approval number and design pressure
  • Our license (CGC15***68) and insurance certificate

You submit it, or we fill in the form with you. When it's approved we order the door and pull the permit, and the install is one day.

HOA questions

In most Estero communities, yes. The architectural committee usually sets the style, color and windows, and a review often takes a few weeks. Repairs don't need approval.

The door's spec sheet, a color sample or photo, a photo of your house with the door drawn in, the Florida Product Approval number and design pressure, and our license and insurance certificate.

Small community gates, yes. We coordinate with the property manager and quote parts by brand and part number.
