New garage doors, installed and approved
A new door is the biggest thing you'll buy from us, so we slow it down. We measure, show you what your HOA allows, handle the permit and install in one day.
- On site: 1 day on site, door ordered first
- License CGC15***68
Signs this is your problem
- The door is over 20 years old and needs repairs every year.
- There's no wind rating or Florida Product Approval label.
- Panels are rusted, cracked or faded.
- Your HOA sent a letter about the door.
How we do a new door
We measure the opening and the headroom, check your community's rules on color and style, and give you a written quote with the door model, its Florida Product Approval number and design pressure, the permit and the haul-away of the old door. When the permit is issued and the door arrives, we install it in a day and schedule the inspection.
Wind-rated, every time
Lee County isn't in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (that's Miami-Dade and Broward), but every replacement door still needs a Florida Product Approval and a permit. In Estero the permit comes from the Village of Estero's own building department. More about wind-rated doors.

You may not need a new door
If the door is sound and only the springs or the opener are tired, a repair can give you years. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a door you don't need.
Questions about new garage doors
Measure and quote in one visit. HOA approval usually takes two to six weeks; the permit and the door delivery run alongside. The install itself is one day.
We prepare the packet your architectural committee asks for: spec sheet, color sample, photos and the product approval. See gated communities and HOAs.
Yes. Replacing a garage door needs a permit from the Village of Estero. Repairs to springs, openers and rollers don't.
Door stuck right now?
Call or text and a person in Estero answers. We'll tell you if it's safe to touch, when we can be there and how long the fix usually takes, before anyone drives over.
